Easter Weekend

I hope that all of you had a wonderful and very happy Easter!

Mr. and I packed up my little sister and little brother into the Volvo and headed over to his parents' house for Easter weekend! Since my parents still live in Savannah, Mr's parents always welcome the whole clan over to their place for holidays. Mr's mom was especially busy, because she fixed two Easter dinners! haha! How lucky were we??

Mr's older brother and his wife had to work on Easter sunday (he's a dentist for the Army, and she's in medical school) so she whipped up a feast for all of us to enjoy on Saturday night. Then, Mr's little brother joined us on Sunday for church and Easter lunch! She was a little busy bee in the kitchen! She even gave Little Miss and I a tutorial on how to fix deviled eggs!

Church was wonderful! It was a perfect Sunday morning with the light shining through the stained glass windows. The choir sang happy, joyful songs about His resurrection. All the boys and girls were dressed up in their Easter finest. SO cute! Some of the little girls wore the sweetest little hats and gloves! I remember carrying a little white patent leather purse for Easter when I was maybe six years old. I folded tissues to pack in it since I didn't have anything else to carry! Now a days, my purse probably weighs at least 10 pounds with all the "necessities" I cram into it!

Well, off I go to clinic...hope you all have a stress-free Monday!
