A Whirlwind Weekend

Friday night: The med school's annual ball.

• wonderful dinner
• great band followed by great DJ
• cute dress
• cute date ;)

Saturday morning: Valentine's Day brunch.

• sleeping in
• cuddling up
• trading Valentine's presents (see below!)
• mad-dash out the door to make it on time for our reservation
• 3 course brunch=lobster bisque, eggs benedict baltimore (for me!) & steak and eggs (for Mr.), boca negro for dessert.
• lazy, happy drive back through the hills and fields

Mr. spoiled me rotten this Valentine's Day! I love when you don't have to choose between diamonds and pearls!

Saturday night: dinner and a movie

• Seafood paella (for me) and Buffalo steak (for Mr.)
• the BEST Tiramisu I've ever tasted
• finding out that "Taken" is sold out for two showings at the theater
• borrowing a boot-leg version from a friend
• watching the boot-leg version in our pajamas
