I'm not sure what got into me this morning, but my innocent bowl of oatmeal turned into dessert extravaganza 2009! They do say you should "eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper" but I'm pretty sure they don't say to eat breakfast like a hungry 5 year old!
Oatmeal is healthy enough, right?
And, you should have a little spoonful of protein with every meal too...
Some crunch and extra fiber sprinkled on top,
a dollop of Dairy (oops, it says non-dairy...and can you actually have a "dollop" of anything healthy??)
plus coffee...with Coconut Creme.
Does that count as a fruit?
Oh well! Maybe my breakfast turned sundae will help me stay awake through 7 hours of lecture today!
Also, say a little prayer for me this afternoon! This summer, we have to do externships for school. It should actually be really exciting and fun to work in a dental office with a mentor-dentist, but it could potentially send me hours away from my Mr! We drew numbers, and I'm number 29 out of 51...so 28 of my classmates will have their choice of externship location before me! I know I'm not last in line, I just hope that I get "stationed" somewhere near Mr & Malone! I don't know what I'll do if I wind up in a trailer 3 hours away with no one around! As of 5pm today, I'll know where I'm headed...so I'll let you know! eek!

wow - that's quite a breakfast :) thank you for enlightening me as to what on earth lilly is. it seems that almost every blog i read talks about her, and i had no idea who/what she was! good luck with your externship location. maybe if you can't get a place close to home - you could pick a fabulous location to help you forget about it? :)
