refreshing recipes

{recipe from my friend JP}

Creamy filling
1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons Splenda (or sugar)
2 teaspoons vanilla

---mix & spoon into a ziplock bag.
--Snip a corner from the baggie and fill the mini phyllo cups.

top it off
Toss any berry or fruit that you like with extra Splenda or sugar
(I used raspberries and blueberries...mmmm!)

*makes 45 cups, with a little extra creamy filling to spare

My other sorority little sister introduced me to this refreshing beverage. It is absolutely perfect for sipping poolside, rehydrating after a game of tennis, or just because.

Cucumber-Lemon Water
1/2 cucumber
1 1/2 lemon
4-5 packets of Stevia

--fill a large glass pitcher (it just looks prettier that way) with ice water
--stir in sliced cucumber and lemon
--add Stevia

enjoy!

Oh yumm! The berry cups look awesome and would love to have "several" bites of those!

And the cucumber water sounds very refreshing (with your dad in full support of the natural sweetener-Estevia, he would be up to trying this out :o)

Love you! Can't wait til we get to see all of you!
