Compromise!

About that dilemma from my last post...

Little Miss & I kinda compromised! ;)  Isn't that usually the way?

I went for a jog, and we hit up the African bistro later that week!  (to be honest, we were about to head out to the restaurant, and realized that during the week, they're only open for lunch!  So that decided it for us!)  When we did go, I tried the "Leaf & Beef" which is like a stew served over what is called "FuFu."  FuFu=awesome mashed plantains that taste like a mix between dumplins and mashed potatoes!  Plus, isn't it just fun to say, "I'll have the FuFu, please?"

The entrees were all perfect for the rainy day, and their attieke salad (pronounced "kay kay") was absolutely wonderful!  It was so yum-and would be perfect on a warm summer day.  Sav's African Grill was a real treat!  And, Sav himself was there to dish up the stew, and meet & greet!  If you're ever in Kentucky, you should swing by!
